YOUR TASKS
- Organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings, (video) conferences, conventions and business trips
- Preparation of decision papers, presentations, contracts, offers and sales documents
- Implementation, management and controlling of projects
- Accompanying development processes
- Support with operational tasks such as day-to-day correspondence and invoicing
- Supporting the founders in developing and implementing the company's strategy
- Conducting market analysis and competitive research
- Identifying potential partnerships and business opportunities
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations and materials for investors and clients
- Managing administrative tasks and scheduling appointments
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in corporate development, management consulting, or the startup environment is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented approach and high self-motivation
- Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
