- Coordinate and manage the development and execution of product and project plans
- Be the link between our technical development teams such as software, hardware, firmware, production, purchasing as well as administration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Identify and prioritize tasks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful project completion
- Monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve any issues that may arise
- Provide regular updates and communication to stakeholders regarding project status and milestones
- You are the central contact person for our most important customers and independently work out suggestions for improvement of our products
- You constantly keep up to date with the most important developments in the robotics market and derive recommendations for our strategic orientation from this information
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Basic experience in the areas of mechanics and software development
- Proven experience in product or project management, preferably in the robotics or technology industry
- Strong understanding of mobile robotics and AI technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring timely delivery
- Motivation to revolutionize the robotics market together with us and to implement your own projects
- A high level of commitment and personal responsibility
